Responsibilities
- Experience of working on React Native to create iOS and Android Apps and should be hands on with React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Should have thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles.
- Responsible for managing code using GitHub/code-commit and publish in iOS & Android app
- Design and update multiple Jugnu applications according to stakeholder requirements.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Responsible for writing well designed, testable and efficient codes.
- Be a part of the development team at large and contribute to it’s success
- Directly guide, mentor and lead a bunch of talented junior developers who will be reporting into this position.
- Be part of a self-organizing and cross functional agile team

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3.5 years relevant work experience managing projects and teams.
- Proven software development experience in developing iOS/Android apps
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Should have published at least two original iOS & Android applications.
- Experience with iOS and Android SDK
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Should stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends to integrate them in Jugnu’s applications.

Key Skills
- Strong JavaScript skills, including ES6/ES7 (knowledge of ES8/ES9/ES10 will be a plus)

Responsibilities
- Document all steps of requirement and development.
- Cross function co-ordination with other business units and development team.
- Create detailed test cases based on the user stories and requirements.
- Develop and maintain the tests cases of new and old features as per requirements.
- Execution of functional and regression tests on all our apps.
- Prepare performance test plan and perform performance test.
- Analysis of reports, investigation on bugs, bug reporting, bug tracking, and retest defects.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

- Developing back-end engine with optimized code and database.

- Perform ETL process; design, develop and maintains data storage systems.
- Identify and address gaps in existing data architecture framework, logging and processes.
- Design and build data solutions that support company data strategy in driving business insights.
- Build data assets in AWS and align the data architecture based on business requirements working towards a common data model.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or similar role
- Candidate should be proficient in building data pipelines/ETL/ELT scripts
- Must have experience using programming languages such as Python, PHP, Scala
- Must have experience SQL, preferably MySQL
- Must have experience using restAPI and web request/protocol

Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of Operational Budgets and Forecasts for the respective site.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls, processes and practices at the respective site.
- Responsible for preparation and presentation of variance and other analysis to assist Ops-controller in strategic decision making.
- Conduct verification and approval of operational expenses and establishing controls over them.
- Provide assistance in month end closing by preparing and approving month end expense provisions.
- Establish and maintain controls over inventory movement, ensuring cycle counts and accurate reporting.
- Act as a bridge between the Warehouse team and the Head office team by giving assistance to the HO finance team in invoicing, payments and maintaining supplier ledgers.
- Provide assistance to the HO finance team in working capital management i.e., controls over inventory cover days, receivables management and timely deposit of cash in Bank account etc.

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager experienced in managing customer service teams ensuring day-to-day delivery of KPIs and SLAs while also supporting process improvements and changes. In our team, you will collaborate with a group of people that believe that the customers are our top priority. You will have to ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that team members have the skills, knowledge, and drive to perform. Tactical emphasis is on improving the customer experience in support, quality management, and productivity. Performance metrics include call efficiency, average handling time, the first hour and same-day resolution of issues, NPS, and overall CSAT.
