Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing & managing end to end HR Operations with respect to Fulfillment Centre.
- Providing end to end support in recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews of Fulfillment Centre.
- Administering attendance data regularly.
- Resolving Workplace Conflicts, staff grievances & disciplinary issues.
- Updating & maintaining employee files & documentation.
- Co-ordinating with 3rd party service provider for all outsourced staff & timely payroll processing.
- Implementing HR processes to ensure a positive employee experience at all time.
- Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate manager.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience required.

Responsibilities
- Document all steps of requirement and development.
- Cross function co-ordination with other business units and development team.
- Create detailed test cases based on the user stories and requirements.
- Develop and maintain the tests cases of new and old features as per requirements.
- Execution of functional and regression tests on all our apps.
- Prepare performance test plan and perform performance test.
- Analysis of reports, investigation on bugs, bug reporting, bug tracking, and retest defects.
- Provide continuous progress and feedback to the project leads.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute to all phases of the SDLC
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Keep up to date with the industry trends and integrate them into our operations and activities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience.

Key Skills
- Knowledge of issue tracking tools.
- Experience in implementing testing framework using JUnit, TestNg or NUnit.
- Strong working knowledge of JAVA and SQL.
- Java/python language.
- Hands-on experience with load, regression, white box and black-box testing.

- Manage warehousing & logistics end to end and ensure to build capability of team to cater for business delivery month on month
- Develop sustainable strategy for logistics and warehousing which coincides with business plans

- Ensuring service levels and costs are within budget for warehousing and logistics
- To ensure delivery against all supply chain KPIs relevant to Logistics & Warehousing

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

- Complete understanding of the core KPIs of supply chain and how to work on improving service level

- Responsible for achieving topline (GMV) and bottom-line (TM) targets for the assigned categories
- Negotiating terms of trade, later income and promotions with respective suppliers
- Ensuring respective manufacturers, categories and brands grow month-on-month by focusing on their productive store targets
- Utilizing all communication tools (both in-app and others) to push profitable and strategic categories
- Building the optimal assortment for different customer segments
- Designing and executing promotions as part of the promotion calendar to drive certain categories, manufacturers and brands
- Maintaining competitive pricing for different customer segments while ensuring category profitability targets are met

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing or any other Business subject
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in category management or sales
