The Jugnu Spark Leadership Program gives young leaders the opportunity to work intensively on rotation under the guidance of our dedicated mentors. Over this period, trainees take on business challenges as innovative thinkers and capable team leaders. Through their rotations, the trainees are able to gauge how various functions in the organization work, and are able to ascertain where they’d be a better fit!

The program offers rotations in multiple departments, including but not limited to:
This department is the nerve center of Jugnu! They’re responsible for bringing various brands onboard, and introducing them on the Jugnu app so that retailers have a wide variety of commodities to choose from.
The product team employs design thinking processes, through which they solve the problems of not just retailers, but also various functions within the company!
Money, money, money! The finance team handles all the cash-flow operations for Jugnu, be those from the smallest of transactions to large commercial payments.
Our operations team is our strength! They handle the supply chain and logistics, make sure the warehouse runs smoothly, and ensure that orders get to our retailers on time!
This team ensures that the world knows what Jugnu is! You can find them working closely with the Creative and Category departments, sending out campaigns and coming up with creative ways to spread Jugnu’s light.
The team that makes sure our retailers have smiles on their faces! They act as the mouthpiece between Jugnu and the retailers and make sure no query is left unanswered.
As the name recommends, the growth team makes sure we reach new heights! They’re also in charge of working with our J-Dosts (our on-ground team), and ensuring that our on-ground growth objectives are met smoothly.
The software engineering team are our in-house superheroes, without whom our applications would be full of bugs. You can find them coding away!
The HR department brings all of us at Jugnu together! Be it by introducing employee-centric initiatives or by onboarding talented new members of the Jugnu family, they ensure employee satisfaction and enhance the Jugnu experience for everyone!
Our world would be (quite literally) black and white without our creative team, that handles how we appear to the outside world and works with User Interface and User Experience to make sure the retailer application is user friendly and aesthetic!
